Mission Statement of The Charles Hall Museum and Heritage Center:

To provide for the ownership and permanent display of historical artifacts, information, documents, and other materials relating to the history of the Town of Tellico Plains and its geographical area; to own and display other general historical items; to solicit and accept donations to support the cultural, educational, and charitable purposes of the Charles Hall Museum.
